Greetings Gentle Readers!

A tragedy has occurred with the steam train that has toured from Canada to Mexico City. While the train that I photoed and videoed was on it's way to Mexico City, a young Mexican woman attempting to take a selfie strayed to close to the tracks and the passing locomotive valve gear struck her head killing her. It has marred an otherwise perfect trip and has cast a pall over the entire trip. Subsequently, they placed the stem engine behind the accompanying diesels and have moved the consist under cover of darkness so that railfans would not be in attendance. The remaining trip northward is now in jeopardy. A sad situation for the young woman, her family, and the railroad. Moral to the story, stay clear of the tracks when rail-fanning.

Greetings Gentle Readers.

Former President Trump has been convicted on 34 felony accounts, we know not how, trying to take him out of the next presidential election. The democrats will stop at nothing to secure the election and if the American people do not realize this, they will deserve 4 more years of Biden. An untenable situation, and one that I believe will ensure a complete failure of the economy, the loss of Taiwan, and a complete distrust in the electoral process.

I can only hope and pray that this will not be tolerated, and that Trump will be elected to try and sort out this mess that the democrats have put us in. We will see.

Greetings Gentle Readers,

I am following the KCCP steam special that is traversing the United States. A Hudson type engine, two auxiliary water cars, two F9 diesels and fifteen passenger cars in matching paint. Originating in Canada it will cross the U.S. and then proceed to Mexico City. It is the longest excursion ever attempted. A friend and I are going up to Heavener, OK. To photograph and video this historic train celebrating the recent merger of the Kansas City Southern and the Canadian Pacific. Pictures to follow, stay tuned!
