Greetings Gentle Readers!

I'm Baaaaaaaaack!

I know, big deal, but as a writer I must write and your job is to read. At least I hope so.

Since my sabbatical, nothing has changed. The war in the Middle East continues, Trump being victimized by the Democrats continue, etc. etc. The more things change the more they stay the same.

I have had my second book edited, I am making a few changes and soon it will be off to Amazon to be published. I will keep you informed. So, onward and upward....stay tuned.

Greetings Gentle Readers!

I will be taking a sabbatical for the rest of the holidays and I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

No matter the economy, the war in Gaza, the tensions in Taiwan, always remember that God is in control. We need as always to trust in the Lord. Till after the holidays, be safe.

Greetings gentle readers. This time of year is bittersweet to me as my son, Ian, passed away on December 3rd, 2015. He absolutely loved the holidays and the night before Christmas he would be so excited that he had trouble going to sleep. Ian would be up at the crack of dawn ready to open presents. He did not care what was in the packages, he just wanted to rip them open. We took photos of him buried in wrapping papers and bows with a grin from ear to ear.

Ian was looking forward to Christmas when he passed and had already started wearing his Santa hat. Unfortunately he did not live to see Christmas that year. By the same token, he was able to celebrate with the Lord in heaven. I'm sure he had a wonderful Christmas, but those of us who loved ans appreciated him could only grieve. Ian is no longer ill, no therapy session, no medicines and no hospital stays. So, a bittersweet time of the year for me. Tears and smiles.
