Supreme Court

Greetings Gentle Readers.

The Supreme Court has ruled that individual states cannot remove a candidate from the ballot. This ruling is totally correct. Colorado tried to remove Trump from the ballot in the upcoming elections. The Supreme Court rightfully stopped this nonsense. Imagine a future whereby the majority party would simply remove any candidate from the ballot just because they do not approve of a candidate. To see an example you only have to look at the recent Russian elections where no opposition to Putin's reign was allowed on the ballot. I find that extremely unsettling. The voting public, ie. Registered voters are the only source of determining a candidate, not the majority party. Let freedom ring!
